How we work
Transparent methodology, verifiable results
Every ICSCB study follows clear protocols, validated instruments, and international research standards.
Data that reflects reality
We conduct representative surveys at national or regional level, using internationally validated methodology. Each study is designed to ensure statistical precision and practical relevance.
Technical specifications
- Samples: 1,050 – 1,500 respondents
- Sampling error: ±2.8 – 3.1%
- Method: CAWI / CATI
- Duration: 10–14 business days
- ESOMAR compliance
Tools
Our process
Briefing & Design
We define objectives, target audience, and key variables together with the client.
Questionnaire
We build the collection instrument with validated, cognitively tested questions.
Data Collection
We operate CAWI (online) and CATI (telephone) with trained operators.
Processing & Weighting
We clean the data and apply demographic weights for representativeness.
Analysis & Report
We deliver a complete report with tables, infographics, and actionable recommendations.
Beyond what they say, what they actually feel
We measure physiological and behavioral responses to understand the subconscious processes that influence decisions. Biometrics eliminates social desirability bias from research.
Technical specifications
- Eye-tracking: Tobii Pro (120Hz)
- GSR/EDA: Shimmer3
- Facial expressions: FaceReader 9
- Participants: 20–40 per study
- Session duration: 60–90 min
Tools
Our process
Study design
We establish stimuli (advertising materials, products, UI) and hypotheses to test.
Participant recruitment
We select participants from the client's target audience (n=20-40 per study).
Testing sessions
Participants interact with stimuli while equipment records data.
Biometric processing
We analyze visual fixation patterns, galvanic skin response, and micro-expressions.
Integrated report
We combine biometric data with declarative data for a complete picture.
Products that work for real people
We evaluate digital and physical products through qualitative and quantitative methods, from early prototypes to mature products in production. We discover problems before they cost you.
Technical specifications
- Methods: Think-aloud, Card sorting, Tree testing
- Participants: 5–12 per round
- Moderated or unmoderated
- Remote or in-person
- Deliverable: Video highlights + report
Tools
Our process
Initial UX audit
We analyze the existing product through Nielsen heuristics and review available analytics.
User recruitment
We select participants representing the product's personas.
Testing sessions
Think-aloud protocol, task-based testing, card sorting or tree testing, as appropriate.
Qualitative analysis
We identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities from recorded sessions.
Prioritized recommendations
We deliver an improvement backlog with priority and estimated effort.
What public discourse says without knowing
We monitor large corpora of public communication (speeches, interviews, media texts, social media) to extract latent behavioral signals: tension, avoidance, urgency, reframing, and other patterns that don't appear in explicit statements.
Technical specifications
- Corpus: 1,000 – 500,000+ documents
- Update: daily or on demand
- Available signals: 40+ types
- Platform: Calypso (ICSCB internal)
- Output: Structured JSON + PDF report
Tools
Our process
Corpus definition
We establish sources, time interval, and reference vocabulary for signals of interest.
Collection & preprocessing
The Calypso platform collects and normalizes content from selected sources.
Signal detection
Algorithms identify specific lexical and behavioral patterns — not general sentiment, but precise signals.
Researcher validation
Each signal is manually validated by a researcher before reporting. We reduce false positives to under 5%.
Report + context
We deliver detected signals with complete linguistic context, frequency, temporal evolution, and behavioral interpretation.
Standards
Compliance with international standards
ICSCB research respects the ethics codes and quality standards of major international professional organizations.
